The Blobzenegger has no accounts and no user database. Your training history lives on your phone and nowhere else. The only feature that sends us anything is the Blobzenegger coach — and what it sends arrives with nothing attached to identify you: no name, no email, no account, no device identifier. We could not tell you which plans were yours even if you asked us to.
There is no sign-up, no login, no email address, no password and no social connection. We do not know who you are. There is no advertising identifier, no analytics SDK, no tracking pixel and no third-party ad network in the app.
Everything you do in the app is stored locally on your device: your training programme, which sessions you completed and when, your working weights, rest times, body-weight entries, strength history and your settings. None of it is uploaded, backed up to us, or visible to us.
If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it. We cannot recover it, because we never had it. The Profile screen has an export button that writes this data to a file you choose and control; sharing that file is entirely up to you.
Only one feature sends data off your device: the Blobzenegger coach, and only when you press "Build my program". At that moment we send the answers you gave on the form. We separate them from your IP address so these are truly anonymous.
The same applies to the coach form on this website.
A stored record reads like "3 days a week, dumbbells, cranky left knee, wants to keep up with the kids" — and there is nothing in our systems that connects that sentence to a person, a phone or a household. We are not being discreet about it; we simply never collect the thing that would make the link possible.
Two things, and nothing else:
We do not sell your data, and there is no advertising network in the app.
If you turn on training reminders, they are scheduled entirely on your device. There is no push server, and no notification is ever sent from us. Turning them off in Settings or in your phone's system settings stops them completely.
The app plays a timer chime, keeps the screen awake during a workout, and can read or write a backup file when you ask it to. It has no access to your microphone, camera, photos, location or contacts, and does not request them.
Anonymized records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.
To delete everything on your device, delete the app, or use "Restart the program" in the app to wipe your history.
For coach records there is an unusual answer, and it is the clearest proof of everything above: we cannot look up "your" records, because nothing marks them as yours. A company that could produce your history on request would be a company holding an identifier for you. We are not, so we cannot.
If you want a particular plan removed anyway, email us roughly when you generated it and what you exactly wrote, and we will find it by those details and delete it.
The Blobzenegger is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. It is an app to help you build training consistency and assumes an adult making their own decisions about exercise.
The training plans presented on the app are general suggestions, and never professional advice. Always consult a professional before exercising. If something hurts, see a physiotherapist or doctor rather than trusting a blob. If you don't know how to safely perform an exercise, ask a qualified trainer.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top.
