Pick a training programme — one of the built-in ones, or let the Blobzenegger coach build you one from a short form. Train on your scheduled days. Every session you log fills a notch on Blobzenegger's bar; fill the bar and it levels up, and each level takes more work than the last. Miss your scheduled days and the bar drains instead. Empty it and it is game over and you start again, which is the entire point.
There is no account and no sign-up. Everything lives on your phone.
Tap any training day in the week strip on the home screen to open it. If a day was missed and can still be rescued, it will offer to start it.
Yes, until the next scheduled session comes round. The home screen offers it as a catch-up, and completing it removes the penalty for that day entirely. Your blob's level is recalculated from your whole history every time, so a make-up genuinely undoes the damage rather than papering over it.
Every day you train adds to the bar, including days your programme did not ask for — extra sessions genuinely do progress you faster. What drains it is a scheduled day going by untrained, and a run of those costs more the longer it runs. So the bar can still slide while you are training, if the days you skip outnumber the days you do. The week strip on the home screen shows which days count against you. Training twice in one day only counts once.
No. Game over resets the creature and the scoring, so you rebuild from a potato, but your record is kept: every session you have ever logged, your body-weight trend, your lifts and your best streak all stay on the Stats screen, across as many lives as it takes. The Stats screen also counts how many times you have let it die and how many times you have come back.
Yes. Programmes are under Profile → Programs, and you can duplicate any of them and edit the exercises, days and starting weights. Rest, warm-up length, units and reminders are all on the Profile screen.
Profile → Export backup writes a file you can send to yourself. On the new phone, Profile → Import backup reads it back. Because everything is stored on-device and we have no account system, this is the only way to move your history — if you delete the app without exporting, it is gone for good.
Plans take roughly twenty to thirty seconds. If it fails, wait a minute and try again — there is a limit on how many plans can be generated in a short window, to keep the service running for everyone. If it keeps failing, email us with roughly when you tried.
The coach is built to produce a sample routine to work around injuries rather than ignore them, and it explains why each movement is in your plan. It is not a physiotherapist or professional trainer, and definitely not medical advice. It's a virtual blob. Always consult a professional before exercising.
They are scheduled on your device for the next four weeks. Opening the app rolls that window forward, so if you leave it closed for over a month they will run out. But by then, the blob will be dead anyway.

Your training data never leaves your phone. The Blobzenegger coach sends only the answers you type into its form. The full details are in the privacy policy.
